Bull muscle lollipop – a great dog chew for those who like to work their jaws 🇸🇪

The bull muscle stick is a strong and long-lasting dog chew that is appreciated by dogs that really want to gnaw and use their jaws for a while. Each 500 gram bag usually contains about five to seven sticks, each with its own shape and size. The length often varies between about 15 and 30 centimeters, and the pieces are so hard that they cannot be divided with a regular knife. Unlike regular bull muscle sticks, some of the “steak” remains here, which provides extra chewing resistance and more to work with.

Beef muscle is a natural chew that does not splinter into sharp pieces because it is not a load-bearing bone. This makes it a safer alternative to many of the sterilized or bleached chews on the market today. At the same time, it is flavorful and high in protein, but low in fat – something many dogs and dog owners appreciate. Even more sensitive stomachs usually tolerate beef muscle well.

Although the chew is dry enough to carry in your pocket, it can become sticky and give off a rather strong scent once your dog starts chewing, so we recommend letting your dog chew in a place that is easy to wipe off afterwards.

For many, it is interesting to know what bull muscle actually is: it is simply the penis of the bovine animal. It is a raw material that is sometimes discarded after slaughter, but which is actually an excellent, natural and nutritious chew for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors.

The product consists of 100% Swedish beef. The nutritional content is around 79% protein, approximately 11% crude fat and a water content of approximately 6.6%. Store dry and cool; the shelf life is stated on the packaging and the product can also be frozen.

Always give the chew under supervision and make sure the dog has access to fresh water.
